9. Difficulty with familiar tasks
Have you noticed that of late you are underperforming or needs more time than expected to handle a given tasks? This is something common in patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or dementia . In most cases, you will find out that the patient will not be able to deliver as before. For example, you may find a footballer not being able to deliver for his team as expected by his coach or fans. Besides this, one may also fail to remember certain locations that he/she used to visit frequently in the past. It won’t also be a surprise when a chef can no longer prepare his/her favorite dish in the kitchen. These are conditions that the patient may fail to notice, but you as a family member or partner can easily identify that the person is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
